About Me

I absolutely love creating art, especially with glass! There's something truly joyful about working with this medium. Glass can be so subtle yet bold at the same time, with its beautiful transparency, a touch of sparkle, or a sleek matte finish.

In my glass art journey, I dive into all sorts of styles and techniques.

Kiln Forming - Fused Glass

One of my favourite techniques is kiln forming. I work with sheet glass, frit (those tiny glass particles), and powders to put together a piece, which I then heat in a glass kiln. The magic happens as the kiln’s programming guides the glass through heat and gravity to create something unique.

Lampworking - Torchwork

Another method I enjoy is lampworking, or torchwork. I use a torch to melt glass rods until they're nice and molten, allowing me to add all those intricate details through shaping and manipulation.

A lot of my artworks blend both kiln forming and lampworking techniques. Nature’s beauty and its intricate patterns are a huge source of inspiration for me!
